1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders placed Monday through Saturday are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or national public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched from our central fulfillment hub, estimated transit times are as follows:

3. Shipping Rates & COD Policy
- Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, NetBanking): FREE shipping on orders of ₹999 or more. A nominal standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies for orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible pincodes with a flat ₹40 COD convenience fee.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your shipment status anytime using our Track Order page.
5. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you notice that the outer parcel is visibly tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the package from the courier agent. Take photos and immediately report it to our customer care at support@townfolk.com within 24 hours.
