2. Products & Pricing

We strive to display product colors, fabrics, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on screen calibration.

All prices displayed are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct inadvertent typographical errors without prior notice.

3. Orders, Confirmation & Cancellations

Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order receipt email does not constitute final order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order due to inventory inaccuracies, suspicious fraudulent activity, or unserviceable pincodes.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment can be made using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. By submitting payment details, you represent that you have legal authorization to use the designated payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All graphics, brand logos, product photography, editorial copy, and web design elements on this website are the proprietary property of TownFolk - Traders. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TownFolk - Traders, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products purchased through the platform.
